Free Phoebe is a collective and community of occasionally normal individuals who create artistic events and possibilities that make a difference for others.
Imagine a loose collaboration of free spirits who come together to make art, make laughter and make memories. Our mission is self-expression in its many manifestations. We come together on a project-by-project basis to support each other in creating the best events we can that will thrill, interrupt, entertain, amuse, inspire and/or excite people.
If it isn't fun, we won't do it!
